Technology Center in 2002 won the province-level enterprise technology centers found of the Technology Management Dep., photovoltaic R & D center, integrated technology center, silicon wafer product research and development center. The Center cooperate with Tsinghua University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xinjiang University, Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Engineering Research Center for Semiconductor Materials and other research institutes, to promote entrepreneurs, scientists, university professors join forces to build, through the establishment of postgraduate training base, increase application of cutting-edge technology and the company reserves solar technology development, effective implementation of complementary advantages, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to promote the adjustment of product mix, and successfully opened a technology closely integrated technical and economic innovation.
