The company was approved of National & Local United Engineering Laboratory in 2009, the laboratory support by TBEA SunOasis Co., Ltd., under the leadership of the Council Officer responsible for the system. Technical Committee consists of the field of photovoltaic power generation control and integration with high visibility and success experts. The laboratory have four departments: Integrated Management Dep., Technology Development Dep., Application Promotion Dep., Education& Training Dep., work of the daily management, technology development and the test results of the promotion, personnel education and training, international cooperation and so on.

Laboratory main tasks: First, PV systems integration, control components and other aspects of the core focus of scientific research carried out on major engineering development and system integration; Second is to promote the integration of photovoltaic power generation control and international cooperation and exchange; Third to develop a high level of engineering technology and management personnel; Fourth, control and integration of photovoltaic power generation development in related fields to provide information and consulting services.
