“100KW solar grade silicon wafer industrialization project ”of SunOasis Company is one of key projects during “the Eleventh Five-Year-plan” period of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, supported by State Hi-tech industrialization project. The first period of 20MW project has been completed and put into production in July 2006, which made the company the biggest professional manufacturer of solar grade silicon wafers in China. Now the company possesses advanced production equipments which can cut silicon wafer of 200um. The products have been sold in both domestic market and European, North American and Central Asian markets.
